What the policy itself says, plan by plan. We quote the clause and tell you plainly where we've verified a mechanism and where we haven't — this page won't invent settings-menu instructions we can't stand behind.
Free & Pro (Claude.ai consumer)
The policy points to a self-service control in your account. Check your account or privacy settings for an option matching the language quoted above, or use the source link below — we haven't independently verified the exact menu path, and settings UIs change.
"We may use your Inputs and Outputs to train and improve Anthropic AI models, unless you opt out through your account settings."
Team & Enterprise (business offerings)
The privacy policy excludes content processed on behalf of "business offerings, such as our Enterprise accounts" — worded as an example, not an exhaustive list, so we apply the exclusion to Team as well rather than assuming Team is silently covered by the Free & Pro finding above. That business-offerings agreement isn't a source this monitor watches, so we have nothing to quote a training determination from — only the policy's own statement that it doesn't apply here.
