Free & Pro (consumer accounts)
The policy points to a self-service control in your account. Check your account or privacy settings for an option matching the language quoted above, or use the source link below — we haven't independently verified the exact menu path, and settings UIs change.

Canva Education (students)
Canva Education (students) does not offer an opt-out. The quoted clause above is what we found — there is no setting, form, or support route that overrides it.
