Opting out of Discord

What the policy itself says, plan by plan. We quote the clause and tell you plainly where we've verified a mechanism and where we haven't — this page won't invent settings-menu instructions we can't stand behind.

All accounts (free and Nitro)

This is an absence, not an oversight on our part. The captured policy contains no standalone use of "AI", no "artificial intelligence", and no form of "train" at all — the only adjacent language is a single reference to "automated technologies such as machine learning systems that help us power and improve our services", framed as a description of processing methods under GDPR legal bases rather than as a permission to train models on user content. The nearest substantive claim is quoted below: it grants use of content from "larger spaces" to develop and power services, which is a broader-sounding but different permission from model training, and the policy never bridges the two. On this document, whether Discord trains on your messages cannot be determined either way.
