Opting out of Figma
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. We quote the clause and tell you plainly where we've verified a mechanism and where we haven't — this page won't invent settings-menu instructions we can't stand behind.
All accounts (Content Training setting)
The policy is precise about what gets used and vague about the only thing that decides whether it happens: training draws on Customer Content "if 'Content Training' is toggled on within your administrative user settings", and the document never says whether that toggle ships on or off, nor whether the answer differs by plan. A reader cannot tell from this policy whether they are being trained on right now. The same sentence separately claims Usage Data "where we act as a controller" without tying it to the toggle at all. We are not importing Figma's published help-centre answer here — it isn't in a source this monitor archives, so it can't be quoted or dated alongside the rest.
Children's accounts (K12 education)
Children's accounts (K12 education) does not offer an opt-out. The quoted clause above is what we found — there is no setting, form, or support route that overrides it.
"Figma does not use personal information collected from Children to train, fine-tune, or otherwise develop or improve any AI services, (nor will we permit our service providers to do so) including large language models."
