Opting out of Google
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. We quote the clause and tell you plainly where we've verified a mechanism and where we haven't — this page won't invent settings-menu instructions we can't stand behind.
Google Account (Consumer)
Google Account (Consumer) does not offer an opt-out. The quoted clause above is what we found — there is no setting, form, or support route that overrides it.
"Research and development : Google uses information to improve our services and to develop new products, features and technologies that benefit our users and the public. For example, we use publicly available information to help train Google's language models and build features like Google Translate."
Google Workspace & Cloud Platform
The privacy policy explicitly defers organizations using Google Workspace or Google Cloud Platform to a separate Google Cloud Privacy Notice. That notice isn't a source this monitor watches, so we have nothing to quote a training determination from — only the policy's own statement that it doesn't apply here.
