Discord
Discord's privacy policy never uses the word "train" and never says "AI". It does reserve the right to use content posted in larger spaces to develop and power its services.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Meta's captured privacy policy says it collects what you exchange with "AI at Meta" but never once says "train". What happens to those messages afterwards isn't stated in it.
