How to stop DBS Bank training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where DBS Bank publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

"Train" does not appear in this policy in any form, nor does "machine learning", nor "profiling". "Artificial intelligence" appears once in full, in the sentence quoted here, about collection — personal data may reach the bank through AI-powered interfaces — and once more as "AI" under "How We Use Your Personal Data", where the bank may use data "for our business purposes (including through interfaces powered by AI)". Both name a channel; neither says what the bank builds from the data. A retail bank's records are among the most revealing categories a policy can cover, and on whether any of it trains a model this document is silent.
