The right to refuse, sold separately.
Every service listed here has at least one plan where the training default is on, and the only way off it is a higher bill. We grade that pattern E, its own letter, because "opt-out exists" and "opt-out exists if you pay" aren't the same finding.
DeepL trains its neural networks on what free users type. Pro subscribers are told their texts "will not be used to improve the quality of our services". The difference is the price.
DQuillBot trains on what you type unless you act: extension users get two switches, website users must email privacy@quillbot.com, and only Team Plan users are excluded by default.
ERecraft trains its own models on the images and prompts you submit. Recraft says the opt-out toggle works on Pro, is applied for Team plans, and is not offered on the Free plan at all.
EUizard's terms say designs uploaded on the Free and Pro plans may be used to train its models; Business and Enterprise designs are not. The way out is a more expensive plan.
EZendesk says it uses Service Data to improve its AI features. Paid accounts can opt out, but only by asking; Zendesk confirms a free trial cannot opt out at all, and that none of this is published.
