The privacy policy has no training, machine-learning or AI language. The terms, last updated 24 June 2025, give Hypotenuse the right to collect and analyse data about the service "(including, without limitation, information concerning Content and data derived therefrom)", and the same sentence goes on to using it "to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes". That's broad enough to cover training and never names it. Hypotenuse writes product descriptions from catalogues its customers upload.
