How to stop Microsoft training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Microsoft publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

Where Microsoft says the switch is, in its own words. Each list is read from a dated, archived copy of the page it links to. Menus move. If a step is out of date, tell us at the foot of this page.

- Turn off Training on conversation activity, and Training on voice conversations if you use voice.
"Select your profile icon, select your profile name, then select Privacy > Training on conversation activity"

- Select your profile icon, then Settings.
- Select Privacy.
- Turn off Training on conversation activity.
"Select your profile icon, then select Settings > Privacy > Training on conversation activity"
