The one training sentence in this capture excludes data reached through Google Workspace APIs from developing or training Nightfall's models. That is a narrow carve-out, and a required one: it is a condition of Google's API terms, which is why the same sentence appears in several unrelated policies on this site. Nightfall is a data-loss-prevention product, so it sees a great deal beyond Workspace, and this document says nothing about that content in either direction.
