How to stop Chase training AI on your data

What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Chase publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

Read alongside the J.P. Morgan verdict, which covers the corporate and institutional notice: this is the consumer bank, and both documents are silent in the same way. Across 14,000 characters there is no "train", no "machine learning", no "artificial intelligence" and no "model". For an institution that publishes extensively about AI elsewhere, the absence is from the one document that would bind it. Re-read on 7 October 2026 with two more documents. The US consumer privacy notice is silent too. The Digital Services Agreement gained a section called "Artificial Intelligence Features" in June 2026. It covers AI that processes your requests, what it can get wrong and how to report errors. It never says whether your data trains a model.
