How to stop Decagon training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Decagon publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

Decagon's privacy policy contains no form of "train" and no machine-learning language. Its only AI wording is the opening line, which calls Decagon "a developer of AI-powered platform and related tools", tools that provide customer service support. It doesn't say whether the support conversations those tools handle, yours included, train any model.
