Training is stated as a purpose and then qualified into ambiguity: User Content is used to train and fine-tune the models "depending on the terms that apply to your use of the Services". Which terms apply to an ordinary account, and what they say about training, is not in this document and not in a source this monitor archives. So the policy establishes that training happens for some users on some terms, and leaves you unable to tell whether you are one of them.
