How to stop HubSpot training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where HubSpot publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.
All plans (Free through Enterprise)
The route HubSpot gives, in its own words. There's no switch, so this is a request it has said it will act on. Each list is read from a dated, archived copy of the page it links to. If the address or form has moved, tell us at the foot of this page.
- Open the HubSpot Privacy Request Form at preferences.hubspot.com/privacy.
- Object to the use of your personal data to train HubSpot's AI models.
"To exercise any of these rights: (i) for HubSpot, including our websites and product or services, please use the HubSpot Privacy Request Form"
HubSpot's rights list opens "Depending on your location and applicable laws", so whether the objection is honoured turns on where you are.
"When you use our products and services we may process personal data to develop, support, and improve HubSpot AI features and to train our AI models and similar products and services that rely on machine learning."
Did a step here not work, or does HubSpot offer a control this page doesn't mention? Tell us and we'll correct it.
