How to stop Samsung training AI on your data

What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Samsung publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

All accounts

Almost all of this document is silent on the question: no "machine learning", no "artificial intelligence", no bare "AI", and the three "model" hits are the model number of your handset. One phrase is not silent, and it is the quoted one. "training and quality control purposes" is the standard formula for staff review of recordings, and read that way it says nothing about AI. Read the other way — recordings of your voice and face, used for training — it says a great deal. The document does not choose between them, and neither will we. That is the finding: a manufacturer holding video and audio of its customers uses the one word that matters and leaves it undefined.
