How to stop SHEIN training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where SHEIN publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.
All accounts
The route SHEIN gives, in its own words. There's no switch, so this is a request it has said it will act on. Each list is read from a dated, archived copy of the page it links to. If the address or form has moved, tell us at the foot of this page.
- Go to Shein's Privacy Center at shein.co.uk/Privacy-Center-a-1045.html and submit a request.
- Object to the use of your customer-service chats to train its service-quality models.
"You may exercise your right to object to this processing at any time"
This covers the one training use Shein describes, customer-service chat content. The Privacy Center is the route the notice gives for exercising rights.
"These tools help us measure service quality, identify areas for improvement, and train our internal service-quality models."
Did a step here not work, or does SHEIN offer a control this page doesn't mention? Tell us and we'll correct it.
