How to stop Slack training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Slack publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

The route Slack gives, in its own words. There's no switch, so this is a request it has said it will act on. Each list is read from a dated, archived copy of the page it links to. If the address or form has moved, tell us at the foot of this page.
- Ask a Workspace Owner, Org Owner or the Primary Owner to email feedback@slack.com.
- Include the Workspace or Org URL and the subject line "Slack Global model opt-out request".
"To opt out, please have your Org or Workspace Owners or Primary Owner contact our Customer Experience team at feedback@slack.com with your Workspace/Org URL and the subject line "Slack Global model opt-out request.""
Owners only; a member can't do this for themselves. Slack says an opted-out workspace keeps the benefit of its global models.
"If you want to exclude your Customer Data from helping train Slack global models, you can opt out."
Did a step here not work, or does Slack offer a control this page doesn't mention? Tell us and we'll correct it.
