How to stop WHOOP training AI on your data
What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where WHOOP publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

The policy is built around seven privacy principles and, on the AI feature, says only: "For more information about how these principles apply to WHOOP Coach, please read here." That page is not in this capture. The document itself, 177 paragraphs saved by hand on 6 September 2026, contains no "train", "model", "machine learning" or "artificial intelligence"; "training" appears twice, both times meaning your workouts. Research and development is named as a purpose "in a de-identified or aggregated form". The answer, if WHOOP gives one, is in the Coach page; this site has not read it and does not infer it.
Did a step here not work, or does WHOOP offer a control this page doesn't mention? Tell us and we'll correct it.
