Super admins of organizations and workspace billing owners and creators can enable or disable Asana AI features as follows:

From this page, designated admins can choose to enable or disable Asana AI for their entire domain. After disabling, Asana AI experiences will no longer appear or process data from your organization. To enable these features, you will need to complete the super admin verification process or contact the Support team . This behavior also applies to divisions in Asana, as divisions do not have super admins. Please note that if you are on a division plan, it is still possible to enable AI features via your admin console. However, only a super admin will be able to take action on this. If there is no super admin, a current admin will first need to complete the super admin verification.
