Asana AI features powered by AI partners use metadata and user generated content from your organization/workspace (e.g., content you enter into Asana like task titles and task descriptions, which may include user names) to help users in your domain optimize their work with AI.

Neither Asana nor Asana's AI partners use customer data to train AI models of any kind . Moreover, Asana's AI partners configure their services to promptly delete input and output data following completion of the relevant query and/or response.
