Additionally, if you create or log in to your Fireflies.ai account through a third-party platform (such as Google or Microsoft), we will have access to certain information from that platform, such as: (1) account data, such as your name, profile picture, username; (2) calendar data, including event titles, descriptions, dates and times, and guest lists; (3) email data, such as your email address; and (4) any other information the third-party platform discloses about you, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such platform.

Information We Derive

We may derive information or draw inferences about you based on the information we collect. For example, we may infer or derive information about your approximate location based on your IP address. We may also infer your company affiliation based on your email address and certain meeting characteristics based on the recordings generated, such as the general purpose of a meeting.

We use the information we collect to provide, operate, and improve our Services, including to capture audio and visual recordings of meetings, generate transcripts and summaries, transcribe and format dictations you create with Fireflies Talk, and enable other integrations you select. We do not use personal information for AI model training and we contractually prohibit our vendors from using this information for their own model training.
