Fireflies records your meetings and says it does not use that content for AI training — and contractually stops its vendors doing so either.

How we read it: What a meeting recorder holds is other people's speech, often captured without their having read anything, which makes an unhedged commitment worth more here than almost anywhere. It is made three times. The quoted one extends past Fireflies to its suppliers. A second says meeting content is not "used for training internal or external AI models" and is neither stored nor accessed by vendors after processing. A third repeats it for large language models specifically. B rather than A on the same rule as Brave: Fireflies plainly holds the recordings, so this is a promise it could revoke by editing the page, not an architecture that removes the choice.

How to opt out of Fireflies.ai training
Plan by plan, from what Fireflies.ai's own policy says about refusing. Where it publishes the steps, they're listed here with the limits they carry. Where there's nothing to switch off, or nothing graded, this says so instead of inventing a menu path.

Nothing to switch off: Fireflies.ai's policy says training is off here.

Fireflies.ai is graded B, and a company that's earned that can say so with the verdict itself. The image below links back to this page and shows the live grade. If the grade changes, the badge changes the same day, wherever it's embedded. It's free and it isn't for sale.
