How to stop Peloton training AI on your data

What the policy itself says, plan by plan. Where Peloton publishes the steps, they're here in its own words, read from an archived copy of the page that gives them. Where it doesn't, this page says so instead of inventing a menu path.

All members (activity and workout data)

Where Peloton says the switch is, in its own words. Each list is read from a dated, archived copy of the page it links to. Menus move. If a step is out of date, tell us at the foot of this page.

Peloton profile (app and web)
  1. Open your Profile and go to Preferences.
  2. Open the Privacy section.
  3. Toggle off "Personalized Experiences".
"You always have control and can opt out by toggling off "Personalized Experiences" in the Privacy section of Preferences in your Profile. See our complete approach to using AI and our commitment to responsible AI practices here ."
