Does Threema train on your data?
Threema publishes two privacy policies and both of them govern its website. Neither describes what the messenger does with your messages. That is a documented absence, not a finding against the app.
Both public documents are scoped to the website, and say so in their own opening lines: /privacy-policy is the "Detailed Privacy Policy For the Threema Website" and covers support forms, prize draws, webinars and newsletters, while /privacy-note is the "General Privacy Policy For the Threema Website" and lists the personal data processed as an IP address, browser and device details when you use a form, and what you choose to submit, such as contact details for support, webinars or newsletters. Neither mentions messages, calls or the app's data handling at all. Threema's technical documentation appears to live under /docs/work/whitepapers/, which the site's robots.txt disallows, so this monitor does not fetch it. Threema is widely and plausibly understood to be end-to-end encrypted; that is not evidence, and this site does not grade on it. No document we can lawfully archive states what the messenger can reach.

Zero matches for any of these terms in either document, in any sense — including the encryption language. That is the finding: these are website policies, and the messenger is simply not their subject.

How to opt out of Threema AI training
Plan by plan, from what Threema's own policy says about refusing. Where it publishes the steps, they're listed here with the limits they carry. Where there's nothing to switch off, or nothing graded, this says so instead of inventing a menu path.
