Does tl;dv train on your data?
tl;dv records your meetings and rules out training on them — its own models, third-party providers' models, and anyone else's benefit.

How we read it: Section 9 is headed "AI Model Training" and closes the three doors that commitments elsewhere on this site leave open. It names the content — recordings, transcripts, notes, files — rather than a category. It covers training "for the benefit of tldx Solutions GmbH or any third party", so a model built for somebody else is caught too. And it follows the data to the providers: where third-party AI services deliver features, content "is not used by tldx Solutions GmbH or such providers to train or improve their general-purpose AI models". B rather than A because tl;dv plainly holds the recordings; this is an undertaking it could revoke by editing the page.

How to opt out of tl;dv AI training
Plan by plan, from what tl;dv's own policy says about refusing. Where it publishes the steps, they're listed here with the limits they carry. Where there's nothing to switch off, or nothing graded, this says so instead of inventing a menu path.

Nothing to switch off: tl;dv's policy says training is off here.
What this policy has done since we started watching
No change detected. We've held a copy of tl;dv's policy since 30 Aug 2026 and re-read it since, across 2 captures. The text hasn't moved in a way that touches this verdict. That's a fact about the document, and it's only knowable by having kept the earlier copies.
